TRE SESSIONS

Your 1st encounter with TRE can be in an individual session or your own small safe group for a tailored experience of tremoring.

 

Individual and Group Sessions in Harrogate and online

• Sessions last 60 minutes

• Fees range from £95 to £55 as means allow: you choose.

• Concessions for lower incomes on application

For people who have tremored before, as above, or you're welcome to join:

Shared Sessions, currently online

The sessions are small with 6 people at the most so that I can give each person care and attention while tremoring.
 

• Wednesday 6pm & 7pm alternating each week

• Single Session of 60 minutes @ £16

• Block of 4 Sessions @ £60
