JOIN A RESEARCH PROJECT?
There's loads of anecdotal evidence of the benefits of doing TRE, e.g.
reduction in pain, anxiety and insomnia,
increase in embodiment, wellbeing and calm.
Studies* have shown significant improvements for people suffering from many conditions incuding MS and Parkinson’s disease. As a result, TRE is now:
being offered to NHS staff at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge
available through the health care system in Brazil
taught on the method acting degree course of a Norwegian university.
After the success of a recent international research project, I’m delighted to launch a follow- up to run over the Christmas period, in order to support people's wellbeing in what can be a very stressful time.
I’m recruiting for inclusion in the project until 8th December 2020.
Here are the details…

Discover stress-busting TRE
Would you like to release stress, heal and restore yourself to calm? By taking part in a 3-month research project, you can have your 1st private online session of TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises that trigger gentle controllable tremoring) for just £35 (usually £65) for 90 minutes.
After that you are asked to do TRE 2 or 3 times a week for 3 months. During this time you can choose the level of support you’d like eg:
a weekly private session, 60 minutes for £30 (usually £45)
a group online class, £15 each or £55 for 5. NB, concessions on request.
Here’s what participants have said about their experience:
"I cannot highlight enough how much I have benefitted holistically in mind, body and spirit. My pain, insomnia and walking issues I've had for many years due to fibromyalgia have improved significantly since I started TRE. I will definitely be continuing to practise TRE."
“I thought I was lost: nothing was working for me. Then I did the TRE project for 3 months and gained a tool that allows me to sleep for twice as long as I used to. I’ve processed the negative feelings inside me and now feel fantastic. The research project was clear, easy and time-bound; Rachael made it very safe. I’ve finished the project but I still tremor 3 or 4 times a week to help my mood and insomnia. TRE really addresses my mind, body and spirit.
I love it!”
NB Deadline for inclusion: Tuesday 8th December.
