We have a wealth of anecdotal evidence of the benefits of neurogenic tremors, e.g.

  • reducing pain, anxiety and insomnia

  • increasing embodiment, wellbeing and calm.

Studies to date* have shown significant improvements for people suffering from many conditions incuding MS and Parkinson’s disease.  As a result, TRE is now:

  • being offered to NHS staff at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge

  • available through the health care system in Brazil

  • taught on the method acting degree course of a Norwegian university.

I’m delighted to be part of a multi-national research project (Sept 2019 – Sept 20) tracking the effects of tremoring on:

  1. perceived stress

  2. flourishing (growth)

  3. self-management of pain.

I’m recruiting for inclusion in the project until 30th June 2020.

Here are the details…

Discover stress-busting TRE

Would you like to release stress, heal and restore yourself to calm? By taking part in a 3-month international research project, you can have your 1st private online session of TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises that trigger gentle controllable tremoring) for just £30 (usually £65) for 90 minutes.

After that you are asked to do TRE 2 or 3 times a week for 3 months.  During this time you can choose the level of support you’d like eg:

  • a weekly private session (60 minutes for £25, usually £45)

  • a group online class (£12 each or £48 for 5)

Here’s what a recent participant said about her experience:

“I thought I was lost: nothing was working for me. Then I did the TRE project for 3 months and gained a tool that allows me to sleep for twice as long as I used to. I’ve processed the negative feelings inside me and now feel fantastic. The research project was clear, easy and time-bound; Rachael made it very safe. I’ve finished the project but I still tremor 3 or 4 times a week to help my mood and insomnia. TRE really addresses my mind, body and spirit.
I love it!”

NB Deadline for inclusion: Tuesday 16th June.
